![]() plectrum
专利摘要:
The invention relates to a plectrum for striking the strings of musical instruments. The shape of the plectrum, which is mostly made of plastic, results in one or more corners (2) for striking the strings, and a central area (3) where the plectrum is held. With all known picks, the problem arises that the vibrations that occur when the strings are struck cause the fingers to slip. The invention solves the problem in that the plectrum has a hole (4) and an elastic material (5) fills the hole (4) or is also applied to the central area (3) surrounding the hole (4). This achieves strong damping of the vibrations that occur, which largely prevents the pick from slipping between the fingers. However, since the plectrum itself remains stable, this also enables a more precise and concise attack of the strings. 公开号:AT524090A1 申请号:T229/2020 申请日:2020-10-09 公开日:2022-02-15 发明作者:Hofegger Alfred 申请人:Hofegger Alfred; IPC主号:
专利说明:
Patent application GZ: ST-PCT A 60199/2020 Alfred Hofegger on October 5, 2020 1. Title: Pick GZ: ST-PCT A 60199/2020 2. Summary see separate sheet 3. The invention relates to a plectrum (1) for striking the strings of musical instruments, e.g. B. guitars, electric bass, mandolin, banjo, etc., in the form of an asymmetrical (Fig.1) or symmetrical (Fig. 2) polygon with a width B of 20 - 30 mm and a length L of 20 to 35 mm and a thickness S of 0.4 to 3 mm. 4. State of the art: The picks (1) are designed to have the shape of an asymmetrical (Fig. 1) or symmetrical (Fig. 2) polygon and have a width B of 20 - 30 mm and a length L of 20 up to 35 mm and a thickness S of 0.4 to 3, more rarely up to 6 mm. The plectrums (1) have one (Fig. 1), two, three (Fig. 2) or four corners (2) used to strike the strings (corners), and a central area (3) where the plectrums (1 ), mostly held with thumb and forefinger. They are mostly made of plastic, but can also be made of rubber, metal or a natural material such as e.g. B. horn, bone, wood, stone. 5. Object of the invention: With all hitherto known picks (1) the problem arises that they slip between the holding fingers. The main reason for this is the vibrations that occur when the strings are struck. This central area (3), where the picks are held, is therefore often designed as a raised or recessed structure (pattern and/or logo), a trough-like indentation, or a small hole. There are also versions with a layer of another material applied to the main material, e.g. B. rubber to further increase the slip resistance. There is also a plectrum from Dava, which achieves increased flexibility in the central area by reducing the cross-section. This product is also covered with a rubber-like material, with the exception of the stop corner. However, all known designs cannot satisfactorily solve the slipping of the pick between the fingers, especially in the case of picks with a greater thickness. 6. Solution of the task: The task is solved in that the plectrum is essentially stiff and in the central area (3) has a hole (4) with a diameter of at least 8 1 mm, but with an elastic material, e.g. B. rubber is filled, or one or both sides of the hole (4) surrounding the central area (3) is applied and the hole (4) span. 7. Effects of the invention: The elastic material (5) that fills or spans the hole in the plectrum, which itself is essentially rigid, functions as an oscillating membrane and causes strong damping of the vibrations occurring when the strings are struck on the plectrum. This largely prevents the pick from slipping between the fingers, especially with thicker picks. However, since the Pilektron itself remains stable, a more precise and concise hitting of the strings and a greatly improved playing feel are also achieved. Through an indentation (trough) in the area of the hole (4), which is created either by pressing together the elastic layer ® (5) spanning the hole (4) with the fingers holding it, or in the elastic material ( 5) is already preformed, an ergonomic shape adapted to the fingertips is achieved, which allows optimal control of the holding position. The design variants (subclaims) support the problem solved by the invention according to the individual needs of the user of the plectrum. 8. Enumeration and brief description of the drawing figures: Figures 1 - 7 described below reflect the known state of the art. FIGS. 8-19 show examples of the design according to the invention in 9 different configuration variants. 9. Character description: Fig. 1: shows a plectrum (1) in an asymmetrical shape with the main features of the stop corner (2) and the central area (3), with a width B and a length L. Figure 2: shows a symmetrical plectrum (1) with the main features of stop corners (2) and a central area (3), with a width B and a length L. Fig. 3: shows the section A-A of a pick (1) with constant thickness S. 2 Fig. 4 shows the section A-A of a plectrum (1) with thickness S with a trough-like depression on both sides in the central area (3). Fig. 5 shows a plectrum (1) according to Fig. 1 with a hole (4) in the central area (3). Fig. 6 shows a plectrum (1) according to Fig. 2 with a hole (4) in the central area (3). Fig. 7: shows the section A-A of a pick with thickness S with hole (4) in the central area (3). Figure 8: shows a plectrum (1) in an asymmetrical shape with the main features stop corner (2) and middle area (3), with a width B of 20-30 mm and a length L of 20 to 35 mm, with a hole (4) with a diameter of at least 8 mm and an elastic layer (5) applied on both sides, which also fills or spans the hole (4). Figure 9: shows the section AA of a plectrum (1) according to Fig. 8, with a thickness S of 0.4 to 3 mm wobel the elastic layer (5) applied on both sides, which also fills the hole (4) and is formed there as a trough, the layer (5) running around the edge (6) opposite the stop corner (2) and thus being able to cover it. Figure 10: shows the section AA of a plectrum (1) according to FIG Thickness S run over the hole (4). Figure 11: shows a plectrum (1) according to FIGS. 8 and 9 or 10, the one with the hole (4) not being circular but having a different shape (e.g. adapted to the gripping thumb or index finger). Figure 12: shows a pick (1) in a symmetrical shape with the main features stop corner (2) and central area (3), with a width B of 20-30 mm and a length L of 20 to 35 mm with a hole (4) with a diameter of at least 8 mm and an elastic layer (5) applied on both sides, which also fills the hole (4).
